Every time I looked in the mirror before having my smile makeover, I knew I had to do something about my teeth. I hated the way my teeth looked, but I never considered having a total “smile makeover.”

It just wasn’t until I seen how many options I had to re-do my smile, that I decided to look into the process of having something done. After talking with Dr. Schumann and his staff, I decided to go for it. I was excited to have the work done, but at the same time scared that I might hate them and the way they look. After having the work completed and polished up, I am so glad I decided to go for it. I don’t know what took me so long.

If I had known what I could have looked like with a new smile with the help of Dr. Schumann and his great staff I would have done the years ago. I want to give a great big thank you to Dr. Schumann and your staff for a smile that I’m not afraid to show anyone at anytime.

Don’t know if I tell you enough, but you have really put together a great staff. I was in there for a cleaning yesterday, and I have to say from the start to finish everyone was awesome.

It started with Brandie getting everything set up on the appointment end and continued when I walked in and was immediately recognized by your staff with a smile and warm greeting. Nicole was the one who took care of me and she did a great job and was so fun to talk to that it took away from the miserable aspect of having someone scraping my teeth.

The banter among the staff made it seem like they really got along with one another-a positive change from most doctor/dentist offices. I have been coming to you for 10 years, because I think that you are a great dentist and friend, but certainly, your staff has risen to the high bar that you set. I just wanted to let you know.

I like to think I have a very good sense of humor. As I was driving home I realized that prior to Grove City Dental I may have been laughing on the inside when all anyone saw was a closed mouth smile. Or I did the old hand in front of the mouth. Not anymore! When I laugh, I LAUGH! Not to mention just plain smiling, because it feels good and I know it looks great! There are times when I’m smiling or laughing and you all flash into my mind. And I get a little choked up (yeah, I know, it sounds hokey). But when someone touches your life, they stay with you. Anyway, you’ve got me hooked for life now. And I look forward to seeing all of you. It’s like visiting friends.

I have been a patient with Dr. Schumann for over 10 years. I have always been happy with my dental care here. Over the past 2 years, I have had a lot of work done replacing old silver fillings with white ones and having veneers put in along with bite adjustments to relieve TMJ symptoms. Dr. Schumann and his staff’s dedication to giving the extra effort have added to my satisfaction of having this extensive work done.
